Natalie Miston, born in Long Beach, CA, was raised in an ocean-side community called Seal Beach.  She was born to an American mother and French father, growing up speaking English and French.  She has dual-citizenship to the United States and France.

From her earliest memories, Natalie wanted to be an actress.  She grew up watching Hollywood classics and fell in love with actresses like Elizabeth Taylor. Determined to follow in their foot steps, Natalie studied at USC’s School of TheatreAfter graduating with a B.A. in theatre from USC, Natalie studied at the Ivana Chubbuck Studios.  Currently, she studies with Stephanie Feury, daughter of legendary teachers, Peggy Feury and William Traylor, at the Stephanie Feury Studio Theatre.

 

Shortly after graduating, Natalie booked the lead role in a feature film, Behaving Badly, which was directed by Juan Drago (Juan is well-known as Andy Warhol’s friend and colleague, and his documentaries about Warhol and Edie Sedgwick are among the defining films of that era). In “Behaving Badly,” she co-stars alongside Silvia Suvadova, the star of the Academy Award-winning and Golden Globe-winning Czech film “Kolya.”  Because of her performance, Natalie was reviewed in the Beverly Hills Canyon News in which entertainment editor, Michael St. John wrote, “Miston has a screen presence that is thoroughly engaging and endearing. She also has one of the most hauntingly beautiful faces to ever grace a movie screen.”

She also received national exposure with a guest spot on AMC’s Date Night and TNT’s Trust Me, in which she performs opposite Monica Potter and Eric McCormack.   Natalie has kept busy with 2 lead roles in the features, Splatter Master, and Lost Soul, in which she co-stars alongside Nick Mancuso, the Best Actor-winning star of the Best Motion Picture-winning film “Ticket to Heaven.” Using her fluent French skills, Natalie translated a comedic film from English into French called, Un Jour Dans la Vie. Natalie also just finished producing and starring in her first short, Hello & Goodbye, adapted from Athol Fugard's South African play.  You can also see Natalie as a cheerleader in the controversial documentary, Across the Universe, by the French band, Justice. 

 

Along with her many film and TV credits, Natalie has performed on stage in everything from Shakespeare’s The Winter’s Tale to the Vagina Monologues.  Natalie also wrote a one woman show called, Don’t Call Me Pretty.  She concluded a four-week run as “Nurse Foster” in the Bellflower Theatre Company’s production of Ray Cooney’s Out of Order in 2007.   You could have also seen Natalie in an all-female version of Henry V in 2008, in which she played the Dauphin at the Next Stage Theatre in Hollywood.   Lastly, Natalie wrote and performed in a sketch comedy show, Iron Man, in Hollywood in 2009.  This led her to study at the Groundlings. 

 

Most recently, she finished shooting the film, “Pullover”, in which she acts opposite Taylor Nichols, star of the Academy Award nominated film, “Metropolitan” and starred in the film, “Love & Below”, written and directed by Nat Segaloff, acclaimed author and TV writer/producer.
